Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to CFS clinicians and home-based staff, ensuring effective implementation of treatment and support plans.
- Develop treatment plans, goals, and objectives; monitor progress and outcomes.
- Observe and support home-based workers monthly; offer feedback and guidance to ensure fidelity to clinical protocols.
- Serve as acting leadership in the absence of the Clinical Director.
- Participate in and schedule team meetings, facilitate coordination across locations, and promote consistency in clinical service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with professional ethics, licensing standards, and Seven Hills Rhode Island (SHRI) policies and procedures.
- Respond to clinical concerns and emergency situations; escalate significant issues to Clinical Director.
- Maintain accurate documentation of supervision, treatment activities, and communications with EOHHS, MCOs, and external stakeholders.
- Provide backup clinical supervision and assist staff with licensure supervision hours as needed.
- Collaborate with families regarding agency policies, resources, transition planning, and discharge processes.
- Attend IEP and external stakeholder meetings to advocate for client needs.
- Promote self-advocacy, rights awareness, and independence for program participants.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational values in all interactions.
- Adhere to all training, licensure, safety, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
- Requires 5 years clinical experience and supervisory experience in a human service field.
- Behavioral Health clinical licensed required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist).
- Active driver's license issued from the state of current residence.
