About the Role

This hybrid role offers 1-2 days per week of remote work. Emerging and early-career therapists will benefit from a collaborative environment with clinical support for growth and licensure. Licensed therapists can practice sustainably with leadership and supervision opportunities to build a personalized career path.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs of each client.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support client stability.
  • Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
  • Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
  • Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Provisional license per state regulation.
  • Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • Eagerness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation efficiently.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role is $47 – $55 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.

Schedule

Hybrid role with 1-2 days per week of remote work available.
