Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist

We are looking for a skilled therapist who enjoys working with children and adolescents. This position offers a flexible remote arrangement, combining in-person and Telehealth work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (e.g., treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to company policy
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
• Provide different types of therapy, including individual, group, and play therapy

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral science (or related field) from an accredited college or university
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
