We are looking for a skilled therapist who enjoys working with children and adolescents. This position offers a flexible remote arrangement, combining in-person and Telehealth work.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (e.g., treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to company policy
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
- Provide different types of therapy, including individual, group, and play therapy
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral science (or related field) from an accredited college or university
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
