About the Role

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, implement treatment plans, maintain documentation, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a diverse caseload and participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
• Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
• Community involvement and engagement.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• PREFERRED: Experience with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools.
• PREFERRED: Fully licensed clinicians with insurance panel credentials.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• PREFERRED: General knowledge of community resources and insurance billing.
• PREFERRED: General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.
• Ability to pass a background check.
