Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans
  • Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR
  • A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients
  • Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team
  • Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Participating in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach
  • Community involvement and engagement

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
  • Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • PREFERRED: Experience with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools
  • PREFERRED: Fully licensed clinicians with insurance panel credentials
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • General knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
  • General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms
  • Ability to pass a background check
