Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies.
• Support the administrator in the administration, direction, and coordination of all activities within our nursing center.
• Actively contribute to patient satisfaction, addressing concerns and complaints from residents, families, staff, and external agencies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Long-Term Healthcare management experience.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Georgia or eligible to sit for the test.
• Proven experience as a positive leader, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment.
