Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with local and state agencies to obtain permits and licenses for new location acquisitions, with a significant focus on procuring Alcoholic Beverage Licenses.
- Process the annual renewals of licenses and permits including food permits, hotel permits, vehicle registrations, business licenses, occupational tax licenses, elevators permits, etc.
- Maintain a vast working knowledge of statutory requirements in multiple jurisdictions across all 50 states.
- Work closely with outside Liquor Counsel on various transitions as needed.
- Track and maintain permit listings for all locations.
- Afford assistance transition team with various acquisition items.
- Prepare necessary documents required for vehicle titling and other permitting processes.
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Education.
- Prior experience in Compliance, License & Permits, or other related field a plus.
- Vehicle Titling Experience preferred.
