At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Las Vegas to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including scheduling, player management, and facility coordination
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football ecosystem in your city
• Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers to deliver high-quality experiences
• Ensure consistency and quality across all games and events
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders
• Operate within the framework provided by Stranger Soccer's technology platform and playbook

Requirements

• Strong local insight and understanding of football culture
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Leadership skills and the ability to operate independently
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating and growing a business

Qualifications

• Experience in sports management or event organization
• Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Passion for football and a desire to innovate in the sport
