At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Dallas to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including scheduling, team recruitment, and logistics
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football ecosystem in your city
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Build and maintain relationships with players, teams, and local partners
• Work closely with the headquarters team for guidance and support

Requirements

• Strong understanding of football culture and local market insights
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently
• Experience in business or related fields
