At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Los Angeles to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the local football community
- Recruit and manage a team of players and volunteers
- Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
- Collaborate with the HQ team to implement best practices and improve the local experience
Requirements
- Strong understanding of football culture and passion for the sport
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in managing teams and operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sports management or entrepreneurship is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
