About the role

At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Miami to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, including scheduling, venue coordination, and player management
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Miami
• Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Collaborate with the headquarters team to implement best practices and innovations

Requirements

• Strong local insight into football culture and community dynamics
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in business operations and/or entrepreneurship
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with full support from headquarters
• Passion for football and a desire to make a positive impact

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sports management or related field
• Proven track record of success in building and leading teams
• Experience with digital platforms and mobile app development
• Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements
