About the role

At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Phoenix to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including scheduling, player management, and facility coordination
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Phoenix
• Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Collaborate with the headquarters team to implement best practices and innovations

Requirements

• Strong understanding of football culture and passion for the sport
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in business operations and/or entrepreneurship
• Ability to operate independently with full support from headquarters

Qualifications

• Passionate about football and its potential to create positive social impact
• Experience in sports management or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
