Responsibilities

• Manage operations, including scheduling, staffing, and facility management
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Boise
• Recruit and manage a team of players and volunteers
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Collaborate with the headquarters team to implement best practices and innovations
