About the role

At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Minneapolis to take the reins.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, including scheduling, player management, and facility coordination
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Minneapolis
• Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations

Requirements

• A deep understanding of football culture and passion for the sport
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Experience in entrepreneurship and operating a business independently
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently

Qualifications

• Passion for football and a desire to make a difference
• Experience in sports management or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
