At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Charlotte to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including scheduling, player management, and facility coordination
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Charlotte
• Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers to ensure high-quality game experiences
• Ensure consistency and quality across all games in your city
• Work closely with the headquarters team to implement best practices and receive support

Requirements

• Strong understanding of football culture and passion for the sport
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in business or operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently
