Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Charlotte.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Charlotte
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation

- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
- A background in operations, community management, or customer experience
