Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Northern Virginia. This is an opportunity to build and operate your own local football operation while making football more accessible in your city.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Northern Virginia
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation

- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
- A background in operations, community management, or customer experience
