License Counselor

Job Summary

Provide in person services at NL Whole Health Treatment Center/DeSoto Office. Responsible for the provision of group and individual counseling. Perform assessments, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A degree and valid Louisiana state LPC, or LCSW license to practice
• BLS and CPI certification (if not CPI certified upon employment, must acquire within 90 days of employment and maintain throughout employment)
• At least 2 years of group therapy experience
• Three years of experience in Outpatient Counseling preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Strong communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities
• The ability to organize and time-manage, and be a Team-Player
