About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage customer appointments and service bookings

- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses
- Ensure all appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and schedule future appointments
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
