As a BDC Appointment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and create an exceptional customer experience that drives dealership success. Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chatSchedule and confirm sales and service appointmentsFollow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service remindersBuild rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interactionAccurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRMCoordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceMeet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goalsMaintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude Qualifications Previous BDC, call center, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus but not requiredOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft OfficePositive attitude with a desire to learn and succeedAbility to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled Why Join Open Road Automotive Group?
