BDC Service Appointment Coordinator
Job Summary
Casey Auto Group is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator for their Business Development Center. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume inbound and outbound service calls, assist with scheduling service appointments, and help meet daily appointment goals.
About the Role
This role involves handling service calls, scheduling appointments, and fostering excellent customer experiences. You will be the voice of the service departments and must be available to work flexible shifts from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound service calls
- Assist with scheduling service appointments
- Help meet daily appointment goals
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Motivated by clear benchmarks
- High school diploma or GED, or 1 to 3 months of related customer service/call center experience
- Ability to master phone training techniques
- Strong reading, comprehension, and writing abilities
- Strict adherence to company guidelines regarding integrity, customer honesty, and professional language
- Consistent punctuality and attendance

Compensation & Availability
- Pay: $16.00 per hour plus commissions
- Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work shifts Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
