Job Summary

The Service BDC Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound service calls from new and existing customers.
  • Scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and availability.
  • Identifying customer concerns and addressing them effectively.
  • Providing information on service specials and promotions.
  • Following up with customers to confirm appointments and remind them of upcoming services.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM system.
  • Aid in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Service BDC role or automotive service department
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a friendly demeanor
  • Strong ability to work well with others in a team-based environment

Hours

9 hour shift
Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm
Weekends as needed from 8am - 3pm
