Lia Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.

- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Lia Auto Group.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
