Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone calls
- Cashier will handle payments from service customers
- Transfer calls to the appropriate parties, service advisors, parts department, etc.
- Schedule appointments for customers with special order parts
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and professionalism
- Pose when necessary, refer a dissatisfied customer to the appropriate individuals for resolution
- Answer online chat communications

- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
