About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties include greeting customers, processing payments, restocking shelves, and assisting with returns.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their purchases
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Stock and organize merchandise
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those who drive)
