Service Cashier - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare records and accept payment in various forms.
• Administer in-house rental vehicles using dealership-provided software.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and data input.
• Efficiently coordinate with advisors to ensure proper payments.
• Communicate issues arising during work duties.
• Ensure repair order document storage complies with established requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible work hours availability.
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.

Pay

Salary: $16.90 / hour
