Les Stanford Buick GMC Job Type: Part-Time Les Stanford Buick GMC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Service Cashier to join our growing Service Department. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Balance and reconcile the daily cash drawer. Scan, organize, and electronically file repair orders and dealership documents. Maintain accurate service records and paperwork. Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately. Assist the Service Advisors and Service Manager with administrative duties as needed. Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and customer-friendly. Help provide an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up. Qualifications Customer service or cashier experience preferred. Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
