About the role
The Legal Talent Acquisition Assistant will collaborate with and support the firm’s strategic initiatives, working closely with the talent acquisition team to provide clerical and administrative support for recruitment activities.
Location
This hybrid position is available in our Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington, DC office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update job postings.
- Coordinate student interviews nationally, including resume review, scheduling, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
- Maintain and track applicant information.
- Facilitate and oversee the due diligence process.
- Assist with executing on-campus events.
- Support the national summer program, including drafting communications, orientation, and compiling evaluations.
- Provide administrative support, including expense reports and data entry.

Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Up to one year of experience in an administrative support role.

Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking and standing.
Pay
The expected hiring range for this position is $26.60 - $40.69 per hour, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Non-exempt positions are paid on an hourly basis with overtime in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation will also depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
