Position Overview

As the Legal Partnerships Manager you will manage our relationships with law firms, investment banks, compliance consultants and other business partnerships globally. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle, identifying high-value opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships that generate measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of business development, relationship management, and strategic planning. You'll be responsible for identifying, structuring and growing partnerships that drive distribution of Avantia's services - turning law firms, investment banks and compliance consultancy firms from potential competitors into active referral partners and collaborators.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge and experience working within a B2B sales environment
  • Demonstrable experience working in a multi-threaded sales environment
  • Demonstrable experience working in a developing and high-potential sales environment
  • Past exposure to VP and C-suite reporting lines
  • Experience leading the regional sales presence would be an advantage
