Legal Intake Specialist

About the role

The intake team plays one of the most important roles in the firm, setting the tone for a client's entire experience. We are seeking an extroverted, outgoing, and emotionally intelligent professional to lead this critical function.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and guide potential clients toward the right solution
• Listen deeply to understand clients' needs and concerns
• Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
• Support the firm's Client Advocates in providing exceptional service
• Represent the firm in a positive and professional manner

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outgoing personality and enthusiasm
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (law, communications, psychology, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain it throughout interactions
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is helpful but not required
