Legal Intake Specialist

About the role

The Intake Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and is responsible for delivering a professional, “red-carpet” client experience. This role screens incoming inquiries, gathers relevant case information, and evaluates whether potential matters align with the firm’s practice areas and intake criteria. The Intake Specialist ensures that all intake procedures are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with firm policies from initial contact through file opening.

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk, talking on the phone, and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience.

• Complete all intake procedures accurately and efficiently in accordance with firm policies.
• Manage the process from initial contact through file opening.

Pay

$18 - $25 hourly
