The Client Intake Specialist at our MetroWest-based boutique Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls and in-person visits. The role involves building relationships with clients, converting leads into potential new clients, and scheduling initial consultations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through phone calls and in-person visits
• Schedule initial consultations for potential new clients
• Follow up with potential new clients after consultations
• Create memorable client experiences
• Help the owner of the firm grow the business
