Legal Intake Specialist

About the role

Bush & Bush Law Group is a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm committed to providing exceptional legal representation and compassionate client service. We are looking for a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our on-site team in Irving, Texas. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a vital role in helping individuals after an accident by providing outstanding customer service, gathering critical case information, and ensuring every client receives a professional and empathetic experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury matters
• Gather essential information regarding accidents and potential legal claims
• Conduct detailed intake interviews with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Explain the firm's intake process and answer general questions regarding our services
• Build rapport with prospective clients while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Clearly explain next steps and document all relevant case information
• Ensure every interaction reflects the firm's commitment to client care
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Organize and update information within the firm's case management system
• Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative and document preparation tasks
• Track client information using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately update electronic records while speaking with clients
• Escalate urgent matters promptly to the legal team

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Previous experience in a legal office, call center, customer service, or intake role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with case management software is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and customer-focused attitude
