About the Role

An attorney supporting cloud infrastructure and supply chain teams, focusing on counseling and transactional support for AWS technology development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on commercial, operational, and IP issues related to AWS hardware, software, licensing, and services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including development, supply, manufacturing, licensing, and SaaS contracts.
• Advise on vendor engagement, negotiation strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and training to support business operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve legal, compliance, security, and operational issues.
• Support new product launches and supply chain management globally.

Requirements

• 2+ years legal experience with transactional work, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Juris Doctor and admission to a state bar or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud computing, software licensing, and IT transactions.
