Legal Counsel - Corporate

About the Role

Legal Counsel supporting cloud computing infrastructure expansion within a dynamic tech company.

Responsibilities

• Handle land acquisitions, leases, zoning, and licensing for data center growth.
• Draft, negotiate, and structure a variety of real estate agreements including leases, amendments, easements, and development contracts.
• Provide legal counsel and contract interpretation to business teams.
• Manage outside counsel and support existing portfolio management.
• Develop process improvements.
• Resolve legal issues in commercial relationships.
• Handle pre-litigation disputes and inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and active membership in a state bar.
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate law firm and in-house roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with development and entitlement work.
