About the role

An attorney supporting cloud infrastructure technology teams, providing counseling and transactional support for hardware, software, licensing, supply chain, and procurement agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
• Advising on legal, operational, and compliance risks
• Developing policies, procedures, and training resources to facilitate product development and deployment
• Supporting engineering and supply chain teams
• Structuring and negotiating deals
• Identifying and resolving legal and operational issues
• Helping develop long-term strategic plans for AWS infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years legal experience
• Juris Doctor degree
• Active bar membership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud computing, software licensing, or IT transactions
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
