Legal Counsel - Corporate

About the Role

An attorney supporting cloud infrastructure, supply chain, and procurement teams by providing legal counsel and transactional support for AWS technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial, hardware, software licensing, SaaS, and support agreements
• Advising on legal, operational, and compliance risks
• Developing policies, procedures, and training resources
• Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve legal and operational issues
• Supporting vendor engagement and negotiation strategies
• Assisting in developing long-term infrastructure strategies

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law
• 2+ years of legal experience
• Experience in transactional work, with technology agreements preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Skills

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecom, or cloud services (advantageous)
