About the Role

An attorney supporting cloud infrastructure and technology teams, providing counseling, transactional support, and legal advice for AWS hardware, software, licensing, and supply chain agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating, and structuring complex commercial and technology agreements.
• Advising on legal, operational, and risk management issues, including intellectual property and vendor negotiations.
• Developing internal policies, procedures, and training resources to facilitate product development and deployment.
• Collaborating across teams to resolve legal, compliance, and operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years legal experience with transactional work, including contract drafting and negotiation.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in one state or equivalent.

Skills

• Preferred knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, outsourcing, and technology transactions.
• Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and ability to manage multiple projects.
