Legal Billing Manager

Position Title: Legal Billing Manager A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Manager to lead its end-to-end billing operations in a fully remote environment. This role will oversee monthly billing cycles, electronic billing, insurance carrier requirements, accounts receivable, and billing compliance while partnering closely with attorneys, accounting personnel, and clients to ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of legal billing experience, preferably within insurance defense or litigation, along with strong e-billing expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to confidently manage a high-volume monthly billing cycle.
