Responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team in Baltimore.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for legal staff
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare legal documents and reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
