Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and meetings
- Process expense reimbursements
- Provide general administrative support across the office
- Prepare, revise, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
- Manage electronic court filings in state and federal courts
- Aid in client and matter intake, including running conflict checks, opening new client and matter engagements
- Assist with additional administrative and project-based tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least 5 years of litigation legal administrative experience in a law firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong willingness to learn
- Experience with document management, billing, and time entry systems
- Familiarity with state, appellate, and federal e-filing
Qualifications
- Litigation experience
- Attention to detail in document review
