Top-ranked National Law Firm seeks to add a Legal Administrative Assistant for their Nashville, TN office!
About the role
This role supports attorneys in the Corporate Practice Group and is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ years of law firm experience, corporate or transactional law exposure, strong organizational skills, and experience supporting attorneys with prebills.
Responsibilities
- Previous experience supporting attorneys with matter management, file maintenance, document organization, and prebill review;
- Experience opening and tracking new matters while maintaining accurate and confidential client files;
- Experience Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), iManage, Chrome River, Intapp, and Interaction;
- Work closely with attorneys to identify issues, streamline processes, and keep transactions moving efficiently.
