About the role
This entry-level Legal Administrative Assistant role in our Denver office is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and proactively supports busy attorneys. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic legal setting.
Responsibilities
- Extensive calendar management, including scheduling, canceling, and resolving conflicts
- Booking, managing, and monitoring travel arrangements
- Creating new business intake forms and engagement letters
- Creating, maintaining, and organizing electronic and physical files for client and internal matters
- Tracking administrative and client-related due dates and deadlines, including time entry and billing
- Preparing, submitting, and monitoring expense reimbursements
- Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and revising correspondence, court filings, contracts, notices, statements, and other documents
- Conducting research projects related to procedures for courts and governmental agencies
- Preparing binders and materials for hearings, meetings, and client interactions
- Planning and hosting internal/external meetings, including client interactions, audio/visual setup (via Zoom), catering, and other logistical needs
- Performing various duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ work experience in a related field and/or a college degree are preferred
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in word processing, proofreading, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently
- Strong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Zoom

Pay
Salary range for this role is $55,000–$70,000.
