Responsibilities
- Maintain schedules and calendars, make travel arrangements, and update contacts
- Heavy client interaction, organizational skill and calendaring are essential
- Working closely with attorneys and billing specialists on complex billing matters
- New client intake and file maintenance utilizing the firm's electronic records management system
- Able to work on firm-related sensitive matters while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Billing, travel coordination and expense reimbursement
- Other work as needed
Requirements
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience supporting attorneys in white collar defense/internal investigation a plus
- Experience with e-filing, document management, and time and billing systems is preferred
- Familiarity with the State and Federal Court Systems is a plus
