Responsibilities

  • Maintain schedules and calendars, make travel arrangements, and update contacts
  • Heavy client interaction, organizational skill and calendaring are essential
  • Working closely with attorneys and billing specialists on complex billing matters
  • New client intake and file maintenance utilizing the firm's electronic records management system
  • Able to work on firm-related sensitive matters while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Billing, travel coordination and expense reimbursement
  • Other work as needed

Requirements

  • This position requires a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience supporting attorneys in white collar defense/internal investigation a plus
  • Experience with e-filing, document management, and time and billing systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with the State and Federal Court Systems is a plus
