Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant manages and processes invoices and required reporting with payables systems, assists with staff scheduling and attendance point system, and supports daily business office duties. They also manage communication on payroll and employee personnel records, answer the phone, greet visitors, and provide direction and assistance.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a business office environment, preferably health care oriented.
  • Proficient computer skills, including email use.
  • Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
  • Military service, use or nonuse of lawful products off the Employer’s premises during nonworking hours, or declining to attend a meeting or to participate in any communication about religious matters or political matters, not specified.
