Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team and management.
- Managing schedules, organising meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Handing incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining and organising physical and digital files, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Aiding in the coordination of company events and community outreach activities.
- Monitoring office supply levels and placing orders when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar office support role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting the mission of NCC Life.
- Experience working within a non-profit or community-based organisation is desirable but not essential.
Pay
A competitive hourly rate of $25 - $35 USD.
