Lecturer Pool AY 26-27: Department of Educational Leadership, DOCTORAL Program

About the role

The Department of Educational Leadership at California State University, East Bay seeks to hire one or more part-time lecturers for a pool. These instructors may be considered for appointments during the Fall Semester 2026 and/or Spring Semester 2027.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses and advise students in various capacities.
• Support doctoral student research, particularly those focusing on addressing systemic inequities in schools and other educational settings.
• Teaching assignments may include courses at the Hayward campus, Concord center, and/or online.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Educational Leadership or a related field.
• Experience teaching.
• Some positions may require school district or agency administrative experience, while others may require applied research expertise.
