About the role

Responsible for managing administrative tasks within the organization, including scheduling, correspondence, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinating events and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing office supplies and equipment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
