About the role
The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Cover for absent staff, handling emails, phone calls, and other administrative duties.
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and maintaining records.
- Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Administrative Studies, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role within a professional setting.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
