About the role

The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Cover for absent staff, handling emails, phone calls, and other administrative duties.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Administrative Studies, or related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a professional setting.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
