Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective residents through lead management software, emails, phone calls, appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding new residents through the application, tax credit, and move-in process.
- Acquaint new residents with leasing documentation, community rules, apartment functions, and emergency procedures.
- Administer lease agreements, renewals, and prospect screening processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Inspect apartment homes before move-in, ensuring they are in move-in ready condition.
- Update Yardi and resident management software daily with rent charges, occupants, lease dates, and other data.
- Accurately record all traffic information and maintain resident files according to company policy.
- Comply with tax credit program requirements, including new move-ins and re-certifications.
- Support marketing and leasing efforts, including social media engagement, reputation management, advertising, and event participation.
- Maintain show quality by inspecting daily, communicating maintenance needs, setting up mini models, and cleaning units as needed.
- Assist with front desk duties, such as answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and completing general office tasks.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively with Resident Relations to deescalate and resolve concerns.
- Maintain the physical asset(s) by completing cleaning efforts, including sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing as needed.
- Complete assigned tasks by deadlines and communicate any obstacles to supervisors in advance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills to address the needs of residents.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
- Legal qualification to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Previous multifamily leasing experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
- Background check and drug screen completed.
- Legal qualification to work in the U.S.

Pay
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
